I'm doing pretty well eating paleo today, but once 4:00 hit, I needed some calories. Thank-you banana. I'm going to have a iPhone photo menu for your tomorrow of all the foods I ate today, and how to try a day eating paleo yourself.
I feel good though! Level headed, and dare I say more peaceful. I live in Boston, and drove like I was in Yoga class today. Thank-you real food? We'll see where that one takes us.
