
I hate being sick. I tend to get colds and sinus infections a lot (probably five to eight per year) and hate not being able to breathe at night, the gunk that comes out of your head for weeks, the low energy blah blah blah...but the thing I hate most about being sick?
Not being able to work out.
Then, I realized, that Americans are one of the only cultures that spend time 'working out' in the gym. Most other civilizations just eat moderately and live an active lifestyle.
Humm. Anyone else want to ditch their gym routine this week and just focus on enjoying a small and sensible amount of food? Anyone else up for a walk in the foliage?
