I found my wedding yesterday.
Oh, it happened to also be the amazing Jessica Claire's workshop set. But, you know. It was mine first. In my dreams.
my wedding will look like this.
Made it to the gym this AM. WOOT!
My workout:
5 rounds for time of:
-Sprint 400
-10 push ups (real deal ladies, no knees down)
-10 sit ups (no crunches...I tend to lazy out on crunches)
I got 16 minutes. I really need to work on my speed. I was running 7mph for each sprint (on the treadmill) and felt like I couldn't go much faster, but that's only like a 9 minute mile. One day at a time!
